We are currently looking for a Commercial Inside Sales Representative to join our internal sales team. Are you communicative, customer-oriented, and solution-driven? Do you enjoy supporting customers and helping them move forward? Then we are looking for you!
About the role
As a Commercial Inside Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for customers and provide support to the field sales team. You work accurately with strong attention to detail. You are flexible and able to handle pressure, as no two days are the same in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling and assessing all incoming phone calls
- Processing incoming emails
- Managing and responding to customer inquiries via chat
- Processing incoming orders
- Preparing and issuing quotations
- Proactively selling to customers, promoting promotions and new products
- Handling complaints in coordination with the purchasing department and product manager
- Staying up to date with market trends and developments
- Approaching and contacting potential new customers

What we expect from you
- Minimum MBO level 4 working and thinking level
- Commercial mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written (German is a plus)
- Experience with MS Office and strong computer skills
- Living in the Hengelo (Ov.) area
